The international show jumping scene is heating up, and the Dutch are making waves! The prestigious "Jumping Amsterdam" competition is just around the corner, with leading riders from across Europe gearing up for a battle for the top spot. Dutch rider Jeroen Dubbeldam, already a rising star in the equestrian world, is eager to defend his title, but faces strong competition from reigning Olympic Champion, Eric Lamaze from Canada, as well as the ever-consistent British riders, John Whitaker and his younger brother Michael. The prestigious "World Championship for Young Horses" is just a few weeks away, and all eyes are on a group of talented young horses, poised to capture the spotlight. Amongst them is "Carina," a striking grey mare owned by renowned breeder, Jane Jones, and already creating waves in the eventing world. One of his prized possessions, the elegant chestnut mare "Harmony," will be showcased in this year’s prestigious "Highland Games." Her gentle nature, impeccable conformation, and ability to perform under pressure make her a standout, highlighting the enduring legacy of Sir Edward's remarkable contribution to the world of equestrian sport.
